Exercise: It is not feasible to target one area of the body for fat loss, you need to have plan of healthy diet and regular exercise, at least 30 minutes/day. Have a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats. It may help to join a support group.
