Hello. ive been recently diagnosed with gallstones after having had an abdomen ultrasound. i really want to prevent surgery if i can. any advice to assist in reducing this possibility? no fatty foods and alcohol is what ive been told.

...seems to work ...: in addition, Actigal (Ursodiol) seems to work for gallstones like this. Might be a good idea to ask One's Doctor about it.
