Abdominal sculpting: You can't selectively diet away fat from a particular part of the body. Toning your abdominal muscles through exercise, can give your abdomen a slimmer & tighter appearance. Recommend at least 5 servings of veggies and 4 servings of fruit per day. Cut down on canned beverages & junk food.
