If only that easy!: Body sculpting sounds promising (; there are gimmicks ; diets that promise you their products can do this), but the only way to effectively spot-reduce unwanted tissue is to surgically remove it. The "pear" body type preferentially stores fat around the hips; "apples" store it around their waist. Lose 1 pound of fat for every 3500 calories you drop or exercise off, but you can't pick where, sorry.

No such thing: Unfortunately as much as we wish for this, there is no food or magic or supplement that will lead to fat loss without the tried and now scientifically proven low calorie, low carb, high protein diets that also include good and effective cardiovascular exercise. This means no alcohol, no more carbohydrates in the diet than 25% of total calories and high protein diets.
