Protein supplements: Ther are many sources of protein supplements besides whey. Protein from diet will work as well as supplements with vegetarian protein, pea protein, soy protein, rice protein etc.

Whey should be OK: I've read dr. D'adamo's book & remain skeptical. There isn't adequate science to support the assertion that all type o's should avoid dairy.
