Not usually: They are both "relatively" natural. Creatine is made in the body and passes into muscles where it is stored as creatine phosphate, a form of energy storage. It is lost from muscle and excreted in urine as creatinine. I do not know of any clinical trials that test whether your physical (and mental) capacity is improved.
