Change your diet: Diet plays more important role in your weight than exercise. Regular exercise including weight lifting will help you acheive your goals more effectively and has other health benefits, but you can do with diet alone. Avoid gimmick diets and lose weight quick claims. There are no shortcuts to losing weight.
