If you lose weight only through dieting and little exercise, will you lose all muscle and no fat?

Depends on diet?: You want to exercise as the sugars stored in muscle as glycogen can be used to provide energy! Also a diet that includes MCT (medium chain triglycerides) like coconut oil or not, provides immediate energy too, while using your glycogen stores first. So you will lose weight faster. Always be under a doctor's care when starting out. So you do it safely. If you eat no protein, you can lose muscle.
