A member asked:

Can you get stronger regardless if you eat protein or not?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not quite: Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins and are required to be eaten to support muscle growth. Strength also requires exercise of the muscles that you want to develop. Your diet should include enough of the proper sources so that you can develop the strength you want.
