Shoot for: 3/4 to 1 mg of protein per lb. Body weight per day if training hard and hoping to put on some mass, from a variety of sources both dietary and supplements. Experiment with lesser and greater amounts. One size doesn't fit everyone & leser amounts may be appropriate for people with kidney issues. Hope this is helpful!
