Nuts, eggs, cheese..: The best protein sources for vegetarians are nuts & seeds, eggs & cheese. Beans are good too but you'll gain weight easier with the others due to their fats. I advise the eggs & cheese be organic to avoid their being from animals fed gmo corn & soy. Avocados are also a good food for weight gain and potatoes may help too.
