Eat real food: Eating real food is best, instead of processed proteins. Crabs? My vote is Dungeness, with lots of crabmeat and a softer shell that's easy to take off (and Dungeness is delicious). A second choice is blue crab, but it is smaller and has a harder shell. Crabs are expensive, so eating less expensive fish twice a week will provide good protein and omega-3 fish oils. Limit seafood to 2-3 times a week.
