VEGAN: Bill clinton advocates it and he has probably some of the best dr's. You can certainly loss a lot of weight with that diet. Drop alot in your cholesterol. It is probably one of the most difficult diets to follow--especially if your travelling or eating out. I wouldn't feel to guilty if i fell off it once in a while.

Yes, but takes work: Yes it is possible, but t takes planning, thought, and some work. Dining out vegan is getting easier in a lot of places, but can still be challenging. Bad vegan choices can be pretty unhealthy, e.g. French fries and fried zucchini sticks too.
