Vitamin B2,12,VitD: Vegan diet with no eggs is deficiene in vitamins b2, B12 and vit d and need supplements of the same.In addition you need to watch intake of minerals as certain plants compound inhibit absorption of calcium and iron and zinc.And i will recommend to be suplemented.
