Digestion: My first thoughts include eating in a upright position and avoid lying down for at least 2 hours after eating. Also, avoid the use of proton pump inhibitors and H-2 receptor blockers because they lower the pH in the stomach which creates a less acid environment. That decrease in acid may help reflux but make it harder to digest nutrients.

Supplements: There are supplements that can help, however specific supplements are dependent on each individual. In general though for many people concentrating on the things that keep your biofilm healthy will keep your digestion good. Digestive enzymes, glyconutrients, probiotics and bovine colostrum are of benefit. Keep your diet clean and for many a low glycemic diet is of help.
