How do doctors say that a person has stomach cancer just by a blood test?

Diagnosis: Of stomach cancer or any solid cancer cannot be made on basis of blood test alone. Usually a tissue biopsy is required for diagnosis, except in rare cases or in blood cell malignancies such as leukemia.
