Can a high b12 in blood ever be normal? my doctor says its a cancer marker because my levels are rising despite not supplementing. my other blood tests were borderline but i dont have further information?

You may be unknowingly supplementing if you eat certain types of packaged foods that contain supplemental vitamins — think cereals, juices, shakes, energy drinks. You need to talk with your doctor about next steps though. If they’re going to keep checking B12 levels and contributing to your fear of cancer, then they also need to discuss steps for ruling out anything serious.
