Anxiety: By gad, i assume you mean generalized anxiety disorder. Blood tests won't tell you about a brain tumor. Neither will an MRI of your spine. And if brain tumor is too small to affect your neurologic function, a neuro exam might not demonstrate it. So if you don't believe a "good doc", then get a second opinion. Btw if brain ct or MRI is negative, then very unlikely to be brain tumor.
