Unlikely: At your age skin cancer is very unlikely. If spots developed soon after tanning then it is likely reactive changes related to uv exposure. It could be a simple inflammatory type of rash or it could be an easily cured type of infection related to a fungus or bacteria. Primary doc or dermatologist could resolve for u quickly.

Tanning beds = bad: My first advice for you would be to stop using tanning beds. Using tanning beds before the age of 35 increases your risk of melanoma by 75%. Blood tests are not useful in detecting skin cancers. If the spots remain, the best test is a small skin biopsy. www.roxcancercenter.com.
