I have health anxiety last year i feel i will get stomach cancer now i am feel i het hiv and other virus from toching any one with wound are unseen blood on surfaces please tell me some tips to remove anxiety i visited many doctors in india no use?

Select a good G.P. and have a complete exam. If it is normal which I think it would be ,dont worry. You can not catch HIV that way. Use measures of good hygiene like washing hands. Try to learn meditation, help out in charity work, volunteer for any activity, play team sports or games- keep busy- you will be fine
