PANIC ATTACK: During a panic attack, adrenaline is released which brings about the fight-or-flight response. This causes vasoconstriction with a slight decrease in blood flow through the cerebral circulation which in turn may lead to light headedness or dizziness. Both sides of the brain should be affected equally.

Hmmm: Not sure panic attack is associated with abnormal blood flow... To either side of your brain. You might sense a flow or blood rushing sensation but I do not think there are any tests we can do to associate this with panic attacks. Ask your doctor who takes care of your panic attacks... Usually your pyschiatrist.
