Blood pressure: A blood pressure rise such as you mention could be dangerous in some people. Most people would tolerate that rise with no problem. Patients with weak walled blood vessels or at risk for myocardial infarction would be examples of those at risk.

It can be: As if you have a susceptible area in a blood vessel, it could cause a rupture(like an ruptured aneurysm) and it can place significant strain on the heart and brain, less so in the case of younger persons as yourself. Nonetheless you'd like to avoid spikes like this if possible.
