Unusual: Your symptoms sound like anxiety and panic. Hypertension is called the "silent killer" because you cannot feel it, although measuring high is normal in times of stress. You have little risk of stroke as a young non-smoker, but weight loss, stress reduction (meditation and exercise) further reduces blood pressure and risk. Healthy focus on change should help your anxiety.
