During work i had a mini feeling of fainting, loss balance. dunno why, but i thought about it and had panic attack. could you have a stroke from the blood pressure being too high? it's lower now.

Unusual: Your symptoms sound like anxiety and panic. Hypertension is called the "silent killer" because you cannot feel it, although measuring high is normal in times of stress.
