During work i had a mini feeling of fainting, loss balance. dunno why, but i thought about it and had panic attack. could you have a stroke from the blood pressure being too high? it's lower now.

See your Dr: Yes, high blood pressure can do that. So can a number of other pathological states. You need to be evaluated by your pcp. Best of luck to you.

Unusual: Your symptoms sound like anxiety and panic. Hypertension is called the "silent killer" because you cannot feel it, although measuring high is normal in times of stress. You have little risk of stroke as a young non-smoker, but weight loss, stress reduction (meditation and exercise) further reduces blood pressure and risk. Healthy focus on change should help your anxiety.
