Weigh ins: If you are looking to pass your weigh in/ tape in - it may be easier to get an extra 1/2 inch. First off - get your measurements done first thing in the morning before your spine has a chance to start compressing. Do stretches lying on the ground in which arms & legs are fully extended (x 15 to 20"). You can also work on a bull neck. This may get you 1/3 to 1/2" on height & is rounded up.
