Lose weight fast: Well, the goal should be to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off permanently. Trying to lose weight rapidly with an extreme "crash" diet is a setup for failure, or the yo-yo effect (when you stop the diet you regain the weight back plus more). Eat healthy (cutting back on carbs and sugar) and do cardiovascular exercise (not walking but running, cycling, swimming, elliptical, zumba, etc).
