Be careful...: It is possible to lose those pounds but be careful, it all depends on how this happens. The best way is through a healthy diet habit( low fat, low carbohydrate, rich in fruits and vegetables), and regular aerobic exercise( most days of the week for at least 30-45 mins). The other way is having bariatric surgery if you are significantly obese. Discuss this with your dr. for options in management.
