Fast & w/o exercise?: Let me find my fairy wand! This isn't realistic. To lose weight insure that calories burned > calories consumed. Drink at least 8 - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night. Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol & junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic & weight lifting exercises.

Sure, but...: The medications generally available for weight loss must be considered with extreme caution. They traditionally have been linked to heart disease, heart attack, heart valve defects and pulmonary hypertension. Educate yourself about the risks and have a good conversation with your regular doctor. Try more conservative measures first. Consult with a Dietitian. Exercise. Do it right!!
