A doctor has provided 1 answer

Could be colitis: But there are 100's of possibilities, such as appendicitis, ileitis, kidney stones, cecal diverticulitis, volvulus, ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, lymphadenitis, shingles, hernia, muscle strain, hematoma, etc. Best to consult a doctor to help you figure it out.
