Need scope.: Sounds like colitis although you also raise the specter of cancer. You should see your doc for consideration of a look into the colon. Med list looks like GI might have already seen you for something.

See a GI doc!: You are describing the symptoms of ulcerative colitis, which causes an increased risk of colon cancer. Other things could be going on, but any time you have bloody stool you must see a doctor! you will likely need a colonoscopy for diagnosis.
