Eat less: Than you burn off. 3500 calories to the pound. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet that you can eat the rest of your life, and exercise daily. Eat three meals a day and don't snack. Stay away from fast and junk food as well as avoiding internet scams and supplements that won't help you. Check w/a good registered dietitian and programs like weight watchers can help w/support.
