Almond Milk My Fav: My favorite source of calcium after soybeans (edamame) is silk brand unsweetened almond milk. Plain or vanilla. I have it every breakfast with an organic cereal (plus blueberries and banana). One glass contains 45% of the recommended daily allowance of calcium. The who recommends 500 mg of daily calcium.
