Heartburn: You can eat psicy but you have to avoid greasy food, so you have to avoid fried food, greasy food, eat small frequent meals not large meals, don't eat too late before going to bed, and if you smoke, stop smoking. If you have some diet modifications and lose some weight you will still be able to enjoy your spicy food.

Heartburn: You can try to use a proton pump inhibitor, such as Prilosec (P), to see if that relieves your symptom of heartburn. Eating healthy foods and dieting to lose weight never hurt anyone and P should solve your problem. Speak to your physician (P) about your symptoms and get your P's approval. Good luck

Advertisements for coral calcium supplements appear to be everywhere. The ads claim that this calcium not only helps bones but also cures many other medical conditions. Is coral calcium better than any other kind?

No: This is an ad that was recycled a few years ago. The claims are grossly false. I believe the company was fined by the ftc for false advertising but has not resurfaced. There are many sources of calcium that are combined with magnesium and other minerals at any drug or health food store that are safe and effective.

Almost: You need about 500 calories more a day while breastfeeding, at the end of the pregnancy this was 300 calories. Fluids also help with mild production.
