Small risk: You have a vsd or a small hole between the two ventricles or pumping chambers of the heart. Realistically there is no direct risks between smoking and drinking and this vsd (although smoking is never healthy and i would not suggest more than 1 drink / day) you should see a cardiologist and have an echocardiogram to monitor this abnormality.

Unrelated: You should always be careful about your social habits and never smoke. Why do you even care about your health if you consider smoking? But honestly it has nothing to do with a small vsd.
