Hi there, what cause pain in centre of buttock's right cheek, happened after drinking alcohol and smoking, which i stopped, but small pain sometimes bac?

Sounds like sciatica: Pain in that area is usually associated with problems with the sciatic nerve, which usually comes from problems with the spine having arthritis or herniated disks which may press on the nerve roots. Not sure why it would be particularly associated with drinking or smoking, although heavy drinking can cause nerve damage, and previously damaged nerves might be more sensitive. Would get an exam.
