Ginger Beer.: Ginger Beer - Although historically a fermented alcoholic drink – Ginger beer is usually sold as a soft drink in this time & age. However, some brands do still contain alcohol. Avoid alcohol during pregnancy. In general, adults should not take more than 4 grams of ginger daily -- from all sources.
