Gynecomastia: Dear doilphin8430: if you are overweight or not excess fat in the chest could be gynecomastia. The best way to evaluate is to see a board certified plastic surgeon. Gynecomastia may be caused by certain drugs including marijuana, certain seizure medications or cimetidine(otc). It can also be multifactorial in origin including genetic. A complete physical examination by your fp is also recommended.
