Dr prescribed prednisone (40mg x 6days, 20mg x 4days, 10mg x 4days) & augmentin (500x125 x a day for 14days) for sinus issue. is this a normal dose? it seems like a whole lot for both. been dealing with sinus issues for months and finally saw ent?

Seems reasonable- but depends on the doc's finding and judgement. If there is a doubt about the treatment the first person to question is the prescriber for explanation . Hope you feel better
