See a dentist ASAP: A tooth abscess won't go away without treatment and the infection may spread to your jaw, cheeks, sinus and to other areas of your head and neck. Dentist will treat a tooth abscess by draining it and getting rid of the infection. You must see a dentist to feel better.

Sinus infection: you should start feeling better at this point in time. Tomorrow call the prescribing doctor to see if he or she has any further recommendations. You will probably talk to the nurse, but they will let the doctor know. They may want to see you again in the office or call a different antibiotic or try maybe some migraine medication. You could have some type of a headache variant.

2 calls: 1. Antibiotic will not cure infected tooth, only control spread of infection. Call your Dentist for an emergency appointment, even if you start to feel better. If tooth infected symptoms will return after antibiotic finished.
2. Call Physician to report progress. Referral to ENT may be advisable.
Some things can't be fixed with just a pill.
