Borderline low voltage T waves is a very nonspecific EKG finding especially if the rest of the tracing was within normal limits with normal voltage of the QRS complexes. If these also had low voltage, various conditions such as infiltrating heart muscle pathology, emphysema, obesity, pericardial fluid accumulation can be causes. Your MD will decide if a repeat EKG or other testing is advisable
