It is not uncommon for otherwise healthy individuals to have premature beats which is the most likely cause of your symptoms. A routine electrocardiogram may not show any abnormality but may reveal premature beats during longer term rhythm monitoring. A normal ultrasound only shows that your heart is structurally normal. For reassurance, I suggest a cardiology evaluation. Good luck.
