Follow up will be needed with your primary care doc ideally. While so far workup seems to be reassuring as far as having problems with your heart, work up should now expand to lungs, esophagus and musculoskeletal in order to explain and treat the pain. Arrhythmias remain possible and if still on the differential, different work up will be needed.

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
