EKG measures voltage: And if you're athletic, maybe your heat is a little bigger. Don't worry about it.

Normal variant: There are "normal variants" in the ekg. There is not just one "normal" ekg pattern but, rather, a range. Teenagers, especially thin ones, may have a pattern that can be confused with lvh.
