Ive been struggling with fluid and swelling around my knees - mostly in my left knee. i bought a brace and today i noticed my ankles are super swollen. i did the worse thing you can do and googled it - edema came up. at what point should i worry?

Take the brace off and elevate your swollen ankle and pl see an ortho or your doc asap. Good luck
