My knee is swollen and sore from playing golf and after using brace swelling has moved to my ankle no pain. should i be concerned taking nsaid and rice?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Swelling does not just move from one joint to another without there being damage in the joint. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
