ST inversions in a teen that age can be a variant of normal. It sounds like the doc is being thorough. I would not automatically go to a dark place mentally with these findings. Worth doing a good evaluation=yes.

I feel a bit confused. My cardiologist had me do 48 hour halter monitor, blood tests stress echocardiogram, resting echo and ECGs. He said my heart was fine. Would this mean it would be very unlikely that I have CAD?
I have echo, stress test, ekg, holter monitor, all normal. I still feel my heart rate is too high while exercising. typically even with light to brisk walk, heart rate goes to 140 to 155. Resting is typically 70 to 80. Is this just normal?
