A member asked:

I have echo, stress test, ekg, holter monitor, all normal. i still feel my heart rate is too high while exercising. typically even with light to brisk walk, heart rate goes to 140 to 155. resting is typically 70 to 80. is this just normal?

HOw are you recording you heart rate? Many devices are not accurate especially when exercising. Count it yourself at the wrist to validate any wrist or watch or exercise device.
