Hi. I have chest pain 2-3 times a day faster heartbeat and i am breatheless but all my results of cardiologist was Ok such as ECG, ecg holter and echo of heart. Sometimes i am anxious. Is it possible that all my symptoms come from anxiety? Thank You?

40yr fem, had normal stress test, cta chest, EKG, echo norm but dop sugg impair lv relax. Doctor says heart is fine. Holter shows pvc's and pac's isolated. But despite a norm diagnosis my heart flip flops a lot.
