Only 1 way: Only 1 way to find out, see a Dentist. We do know that there is an association between infections in the mouth and heart disease. If you are having chronic pain you need immediate care, before it becomes debilitating acute pain. Please schedule a Dental Examination ASAP. You'll be glad you did.

Make an appointment: ... with a local dentist. That is the only way you will know if the pain you are experiencing is related to your teeth.
