Heart rate goes to 44 at rest laid down sometimes, ecg, holter, stress ecg, echo, cardiac mri all normal. bloods normal. any further testing or normal? not athletic. increases when i move around and exercise.

Bradycardia: in all probability you have a sinus bradycardia, normal slow heart rate ( 60-100 bpm); however, you should also get and EKG and echocardiogram.
