I had a ct scan to rule out pe z following d&e at 16 weeks. ct scan noted scarring of the lung apices. i never had tb (i get tested for work) and i dont smoke. is this a cause for concern?

It depends on how extensive the scarring is and what it represents. You should see a lung doctor to figure out why you have this scarring and how extensive it is. Pulmonary function tests would be helpful to be sure your lung function is ok. So, see a lung doctor for evaluation. Good luck!
